You commit to walking alongside one specific young person — showing up consistently, listening deeply, and helping them navigate what school and football alone cannot teach: self-belief, identity, and resilience.

Get matched

Our team reviews your profile and matches you with a young person whose needs align with what you bring. We take matching seriously — this is a relationship, not a transaction.

Meet your mentee

Through the app, you connect with your mentee for the first time. You set the rhythm together — how often you meet, what you focus on, and how you communicate.

Show up. Consistently.

The most powerful thing you can do is simply be there. Week after week, message after message — your consistency is the gift. The app helps you track progress, share updates, and stay connected.
